Sibert Law

Chamise Sibert is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville, Tennessee.  Chamise began her career as a law clerk with the Tennessee appellate court and then moved to an insurance defense firm where she represented physicians and national insurance companies.  After developing an interest in business law, Chamise transitioned to a regional law firm based in Chattanooga, TN, where she assisted in the representation of local, regional and national companies in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation.

After a brief stint as assistant corporate counsel, Chamise satisfied her entrepreneurial spirit and opened a boutique law practice specializing in the areas of franchise law and business transactions.  Over the past 8 years, Chamise has developed a niche practice as legal counsel to franchises and start-up businesses.  She has negotiated and structured franchise and license agreements and works with clients on corporate and business transactional matters, including the formation and reorganization of business entities; sale and acquisition of existing businesses; franchise resales; and the preparation of varied business contracts and agreements.  Although based in the Southeast, and recognized as aSibert Law works with national clientele on franchise and business matters throughout the country.
